Our History

Nurturing Minds since 2005

Mangalam School of Learning was established in 2005 under the patronage of the Mangalam Educational Trust. Our founding team envisioned an institution that would combine standard academic rigors with deep-seated Indian values and global competencies.

Over the past two decades, we have evolved from a small primary school with 150 pupils to a leading educational hub in Kolkata, catering to over 2,000 students. Our dedication to educational quality and individual student growth has earned us accolades as one of the best CBSE schools in the region.

2005

Inception & Foundation

Opened our doors with Pre-Primary and Primary sections with 10 teachers and a vision to make a difference.

2010

CBSE Affiliation

Achieved secondary CBSE board affiliation. Built advanced Physics and Chemistry laboratories.

2015

Higher Secondary Extension

Extended curriculum to Grades XI and XII. Introduced Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams with modern infrastructure.

2020

Digital Campus Transition

Converted all classrooms into Smart classrooms with interactive touch displays. Launched online learning portals.

2025

Golden Education Award

Awarded 'Best CBSE School in Sports & Co-Curricular' by the National Educational Council.
